1. Digital product (no refunds)

PolyCopy.pro provides access to digital software and related materials. Due to the nature of digital delivery, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once access has been granted.

2. Source code access

If your purchase includes any source code access or downloadable materials, those items are non-refundable.

3. Billing provider

Payments are processed through our checkout provider (Stripe / Sell.App). If Stripe or Sell.App requires a different outcome for a specific payment method or jurisdiction, that policy will apply.

4. Exceptions required by law

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
