1. License grant
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, PolyCopy.pro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software and related materials for your personal or internal business use.
2. Ownership
All intellectual property rights in the software, branding, documentation, and related content remain the property of PolyCopy.pro and its licensors, except where explicitly granted otherwise.
3. Restrictions
You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software as a standalone product.
You may not remove proprietary notices, trademarks, or attribution included with the software.
You may not use the software for unlawful activity or in violation of platform terms and applicable law.
4. User responsibility
You are solely responsible for your account security, API keys, wallet credentials, strategy configuration, and all trading outcomes generated through software use.
5. No warranty
The software is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PolyCopy.pro and its operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, trading losses, data loss, or business interruption.
7. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you violate this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using the software and delete any copies under your control unless otherwise required by applicable law.
8. Governing terms
This EULA is in addition to your checkout provider terms, website terms, and privacy policy. In case of conflict, applicable mandatory law and express written agreements will prevail.
